MoreBeer 6 Way Gas Manifold Review
The 6 way gas manifold from MoreBeer is a solid option for splitting your CO2 in your kegerator. It is made of all brass with each splitter unit connected with ample Teflon tape. The barbs are standard 5/16 inch fittings. Check valves are built-in so there are no worries of back flowing. They also come in a two, three, four, and even add-on version for any size kegerator.

The construction works well for my collar. Each individual barb section has a screw hole for mounting. I only had to use two #10 one inch wood screws for a solid mount. The twist knobs for turning gas on and off are plastic but turn easily and are sturdy. They are very easy to distinguish between on and off. A good knob for any gas or liquid will have a line or shape that shows flow. These have the arrow shaped ends so if the arrows point in the direction of pipe then they are on. My cheap hardware store worm clamps work perfectly for securing my gas lines to the barb. The barbs are angled outward when mounted so they give plenty of room to attach your gas lines.

These run a bit pricier than the aluminum and brass combination versions. I over researched gas manifolds and found out that brass is used quite a bit more than aluminum in commercial applications for gas so I figured solid brass would be better. I’ve never used another gas manifold but have had zero leaks from this one. It’s beefy, the knobs turn easily, and there are no leaks. I’ll buy it again if it ever wears out.
